Potty break at police station raises officers' suspicions
Search results in dope, contraband, alcohol and tobacco charges
Posted June 25th, 2009
When Curley Phmonte Vallaire, 17, parked outside the police station and walked in to the rest room about 9 p.m. Wednesday, then walked back to his car on-duty personnel were curious.
So while an officer checked the facility, another asked for and received permission to search Vallaire’s vehicle.
The results of both searches weren’t good for him.
Marijuana was found in the bath room and tobacco and alcohol in the vehicle, police allege.
Consequently, Vallaire, of 174 Bollich Road, was charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule 1 CDS, introduction of contraband into a penal institute, possession of tobacco by person under 18 and possession of alcohol by a person under 21
