LSUE presents Kettlebell 101
LSUE will have a Kettlebell 101 classes Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. through May 15. Eight classes will be offered.
Kettlebell builds lean muscle, improve joint health, increases range of motion, enhances coordination and balance, improves core strength and stability, and develops explosive hip power and speed.
