The St. Landry Chamber will hold the 2018 Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet at the Opelousas Civic Center at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 19.
This year’s theme, We Are St. Landry, will give limelight to individuals, businesses, and municipalities.
Awards to presented include Woman of the Year, Citizen of the Year, and Humanitarian of the Year.
This year’s celebration will also include the Business of the Year award, given to an honored Chamber member who has served the business community and parish with outstanding character and quality.
The annual event will feature a catered dinner in the award recipients’ honor.
The Chamber will also use the event to kick off the year long theme of We are St. Landry, which will be utilized throughout 2018 to spotlight essential people, places, services, and businesses that help both the Chamber and the community continue to thrive.
