Curley Patin, Jr.

CARENCRO – Curley Patin, Jr., 56, of Carencro, died Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 1:35 p.m. at Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette.
Service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 10 a.m. at St. John The Baptist in Lyons Point with Father Sonny Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be until time of services on Thursday.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Patin of Church Point, two daughters, Brandy & husband Heath Davis of Carencro, and Brittany & husband Chris Thibodeaux of Lafayette, three sons, Shane & wife Monica Patin of Eunice, Brandon & wife Holly Patin of Lawtell, Beau & wife Jessica Patin of Sunset; one sister, Barbara Prudhomme of Eunice; three brothers, Glen Patin of Crowley, Dale Patin of Virginia and John Early Patin of Australia; five granddaughters, Ashley Pecot, Naomi Patin, Madison Patin, Breanna Patin, and Aubrey Patin; two grandsons, Joshua Patin and Dawson Davis.
Mr. Patin is preceded in death by one son, Benjamin Patin, his parents, Curley and Merdie Bertrand, Sr., and one brother, Herbert Patin.
