EUNICE ~ Visitation for Lawrence Chapman “June’’, age 79, will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am with A Memorial Service following at 10:00 am, both at St. Mathilda Catholic Church in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Mathilda Catholic Church Cemetery with Father Darren Eldridge officiating.
Mr. Chapman passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 3:35 am at Acadia General Hospital in Crowley.
He enjoyed his job which was taking care of people as a CNA, cooking, dancing and spending time with relatives and friends.
Survivors include his nieces: Jackie Lafleur, Eleanora Lafleur, and Dorita Lafleur, all of Eunice, Lucille Fontenot and Genetha Lafleur, both of Houston, TX; and nephews: Paul Lafleur and Michael Lafleur, both of Eunice, and Austin Lafleur of Houston, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
