East Elementary Accelerated Readers enjoyed an end-of-the-year luncheon at Nick’s on Second Street Tuesday.

Principal Mary Ellen Donatto and Monica Joubert, librarian, chaperoned the trip.

First-through fourth- graders earning Accelerated Reading of 50 points or more were treated to a lunch of their choice. Students earning top points and attending included Brandon Martel, Kadryn Lawyer, Katlyn Joubert, Kelsey Courville, Heather Courville, Nickdrakdasha Dupre, Alexis Clark, India Anderson, Amber Arvie, Andagia Rideau, Yurandrel Allison, Sarah Gotreaux, Allie Leger, Justine Guillory, Libby Dozart, Emily Cormier, Andramani Morrison, Kylia Mott, Noah Courville, Daniel Sorcia, Deonta Gallow, John Mayo, Brian Lopez, Kailen Thibodeaux, Devonte Alfred and Alex Young.
