A Eunice school bus collided with a City of Eunice Street Department truck at approximately 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon at the intersection of June Street and Vine Avenue. No injuries were reported at the time, although an ambulance was on the scene as a precaution.

According to Eunice Police Officer Ave Sonnier, who worked the case, the bus, traveling south on June, apparently failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with the city truck as it traveled west.

Several students were on the bus at the time.
