In addition to regular office hours, Holloway and/or his office staff will be available during the next year in 32 satellite offices at least twice monthly.
Holloway’s base office is located in Forest Hill and is staffed daily to serve the public during the office hours of 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. Monday –Friday. For more information regarding constituent services call 1-800-256-2490.
Holloway and his staff will be available on site to assist constituents with concerns regarding services regulated by the Louisiana Public Service Commission.
Those regulated entities include publicly owned utilities which offer electric, water, waste water, natural gas and telecommunication services.
The PSC also regulates electric co-ops in Louisiana. Other areas of regulation include passenger carrier services, waste haulers, household good carriers, non-consensual towing and intrastate pipelines.
