The 33rd Annual Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff

The 33rd World Wide Annual Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff was held Sunday, March 25, at the Northwest Center Pavilion and grounds. Huge crowds attended, tasted samples of etouffee, danced to live Cajun bands, visited arts and crafts, and children
played on fun jumps, had face painting, and received balloon art.
Winners in Cooking and Showmanship/Booth Decoration were named, and awarded with trophies.
