00:21 Subjects advised to get lights on bikes.
00:33 Subject begging for money in the 100 block of Mamie.
07:14 Report from Martin Luther King Road cemetery advised that a subject in vehicle swerved to hit a subject.
07:17 Caller in the 1400 block of W. Elm advised that downed wire. Cleco contacted.

Eunice Police Arrests

The following are arrests by Eunice Police.
Oct. 19
Welsey M. Edwards, 45, 1000 block of N. CC Duson, Eunice. Probation warrant.
Brooke E. Louviere, 23, 300 block of N. East St., Eunice. Possession with Schedule I CDS, possession with Schedule IV CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in presence of a juvenile.

ICE most wanted illegal alien living in Church Point arrested for re-entering country after deportation

Jose Melchor Martinez, 48, a resident of Church Point and a citizen of Mexico, has been arrested after being charged by a federal criminal complaint in U.S. District Court with re-entry of a removed alien, according to U.S. Attorney David Joseph
According to U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Martinez is considered to be one of their most wanted fugitives. For more information, see ice.gov/most-wanted/martinez-jose-melchor.
