St. Landry Parish Sheriff Office reports arrests

The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Feb. 13
Harotio Joseph Roussell, 38, 800 block of S. Beulah St., Apt. 2B, Eunice. Two counts of unauthorized use of access card-theft, bench warrant.
Davonte J’Vall Fugett, 23, 200 block of W. Convent St., Opelousas. Driving under suspension, bench warrant. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
Kendrick Boxie, 37, 200 block of Francis Rd., Sunset. Bench warrant, simple criminal damage to property.

Juvenile, 12, Eunice. Simple burglary, theft.
John Lavollais, 47, 800 block of S. Beulah, Eunice. Money warrant.
O’Terraius Mason, 21, 800 block of S. Beulah, Eunice. Money warrant.
Juvenile, 13, Eunice. Simple burglary, principal to theft.
Keagan Wood, 34, 100 block of Baton Lane, Eunice. Bench warrant.
Asjdrion Hill, 22, 300 block of Alabama St., Beaumont, TX. Bench warrant, theft.

Police: Eunice man literally runs from wreck scene

A Eunice man was arrested after striking a vehicle and then literally running from the scene, Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said.
Adam Paul Lomas, 36, of the 500 block of South 9th Street, is accused of driving a 2007 Ford pickup truck into a 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck on South 9th Street near Eunice Junior High School.
Fontenot said the wreck, which occurred at about 6 p.m. Thursday, injured the other driver, who was taken to Acadian Medical Center.
Lomas left the scene of the wreck running and was apprehended a couple blocks of away, Fontenot said.
