Etouffeé is ready at 10 a.m. Sunday at Cook-off

There is plenty of time today to drop by the 32nd annual World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off.
The Cook-off is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Northwest Pavilion, 651 Samuel Dr., Eunice.
Admission is free for a day of music by Coz Fontenot, Paul Daigle and Cajun Gold, and Jamie Bergeron & Kickin Cajuns.
The cooking teams will compete in Amateur, Professional and Club- Organization categories.
The rules suggest the teams sell their etouffeé for $3 a cup.
