In recognition of November as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, members of the Crowley Garden Club recently planted pink Drift Roses at Camelot Place in Crowley. On hand for the planting were, from left, Garden Club members Kay Frugé, Wylie Barrow and Marlene Brantley; Alisha Babin, Camelot Place administrator; Gretchen Savoy, Camelot Place director of nursing; Garden Club members Christie Brammer and Carol Trahan; and Hydi Romero, Camelot Place activities director. This is the fourth year that the club has participated in the “Plant It Pink” initiative of the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
