On Saturday at 11:32 p.m. Eunice Police responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Corn and Benoit Streets.
According to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot, “Multiple shots were fired, some striking a 17-year-old victim. The victim was transported to a hospital and at last report his condition was reported as stable.”
Detectives are investigating and no other information is available at this time. Police are asking that anyone who has any information to please call the Eunice Police Department.
