The following are excerpts from the Eunice Police Department radio dispatch logs. April 8 Michelle Prudhomme Ware, 43, 200 block of Rodney Street, Eunice. Possession of marijuana 14 grams or less, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of drug-free zone, license plate and avoiding red light.

Eunice woman, killed, man injured in early morning wreck

A single-vehicle crash on La. 13 near La. 374 in Evangeline Parish. resulted in the death of 28-year-old Krissii Guillory of Eunice, and the serious injury of 26-year-old Dale Guidry of Eunice, according to a news release from Louisiana State Police Troop I.

State Police investigating officer-involved shooting

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Louisiana State Police Troop I was contacted by the Ville Platte Police Department to assist with the apprehension of a shooting suspect located in a residence in the 700 block of Wilson Street.

Church Point man arrested after crash kills Eunice man

A two-vehicle crash on U.S. 190 at La. 752 resulted in the death of 66-year-old Joseph Arabie of Eunice, and the arrest of 52-year-old Troy St Ann of Church Point, according to a news release from Louisiana State Police Troop I. State Police said the crash occurred at about 7:45 p.m.

Eunice man in critical condition following shooting

A 32-year-old Eunice man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times in the 600 block of Faris Street on Sunday, according to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot. Officers responded to a report of a shooting at Nimitz and Faris about 11:08 a.m. Sunday, he said.
