LSUE announce Spring Continuing Ed courses beginning

LSU Eunice Continuing Education is offering courses a series of leisure learning course this spring. Yoga, scotch tasting, water aerobics and a cooking class highlight Continuing Education's spring lineup.

A funeral service for Betty Ann Labbie McManus, 75, will be held on Wednesday, March 20 at 2:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Betty passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019.

St. Landry Parish Sheriff Office reports arrests

EUNICE~It is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Jim Adkins announces his passing on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Lafayette General Medical Center with loving family by his side. He was 71.

Shooting Saturday evening leaves one injured

One person is injured following a shooting at a business in Eunice Saturday evening. According to Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot, “The shooting happened in the parking lot of Kim’s Market on E. Laurel. Officers responded to the shooting at 8:27 p.m.
