The Bobcats were unable to move the football and a punt return by Joshua Jones put the Panthers in excellent field position.

The Bobcats put together a march after receiving the kickoff, moving from their 23-yard line to the 23 of the Panthers. The Bobcats completed their scoring drive with a 23-yard touchdown pass from Brasseaux to Josh Youngblood. Harold Fontenot kicked the PAT to cut the lead to 27-14.
The Eunice defensive unit got the ball back for its offense with a fumble recovery and the Bobcats put together a last-ditch effort with a 9-play drive. The threat ended, though, when a Brasseaux pass was intercepted by Kenan Jones, who returned it 70 yards for a touchdown, giving the Panthers a 34-14 victory.
