Five people including three trusties were caught up in a Eunice City Jail contraband investigation.
Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said they were attempting to get methamphetamine into the jail.
“All this was picked up on our jail surveillance cameras,” he said.
Also, one of the jailers noticed a trusty who seemed to be under the influence and that started the investigation, he said. ...
