It’s Not too Late! Don't Forget, The annual Eunice Food Bank Food Drive is underway.
You can give until 7 p.m. today. The Eunice Food Bank is located on 250 Park Avenue.
There are volunteers that will greet you at your vehicle and unload your food items and staples.
Eunice and area families, clubs and organizations, churches, schools, businesses, are always generous during the food drive.
“Families are in need and even after today. Remember some families are less fortunate than you,” added Mary Ann Guillory, director.
One can donate canned goods of every kind, corn, peas, yams, etc., toiletries of every kind, diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergents, dish detergents, soaps, toothpaste, deodorants, staples-rice, flour, dried beans, pastas, sugar, coffee, tuna fish, noodles, cereals, Jiffy corn mixes, juice, macaroni and cheese in boxes, as well as monetary donations will be accepted.
The Eunice Food Bank days and hours include, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9 a.m. until noon.
