Totally rebuilding of Maui is in the hands of our present administration and Congress. The Solution: America should curtail all monetary support to all nations presently receiving this support. Once this Congressional Act is accomplished and the funds are in place, the re-building of the damaged part of the island will start and will not stop until the damaged part is fully functional. Ther…
