OPELOUSAS – Eunice earned a 4-3 win over Opelousas High in tennis action Wednesday.
In boys singles, Zachary Joubert defeated Aaron 7-5, 6-1.
Ting Jaing grabbed a 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 split-set win over Boah Smith.
William McLemore fell to Keevon Clark, 6-1, 5-7.
In boys doubles, Zachary Joubert and Matthew Miller earned an 8-4 win over Aaron Jackson and Keevon Clark.
Cameron Fontenot and Dylan Miller fought for a 6-3, 6-3 win over Richard Fisher and Trayvon Fontenot.
In girls singles play, Kelsey Courville fell 6-1, 6-3 to Hillary Fisher.
In girls doubles, Brooke Aguillard and Sarah Gotreaux fell 6-3, 6-4 to Stephen and Richard.
In non-regional action Brooke Aguillard fell to Hillary Fisher (6-1, 6-0), while Paisley Fruge and Grace Toepher lost to Fisher and Richard (6-1, 6-4)

On Monday, Eunice and Vermillion Catholic battled to a 5-5 tie at the Fairgrounds tennis complex.
The Bobcats swept boys singles play as Joubert defeated Matthew Romero (8-1) and Jaing defeated Nick Cao (8-1).
In boys doubles, Joubert and Dylan Miller defeated J.P. LeMaine and Grant David (8-5), while Fontenot and Jaing defeated Collin Leger and Reme Gallet (8-1).
In non-region competition, William McLemore fell to Nick Cao (8-2).
VC swept girls singles play as Courville fell to Emily Gallet (8-0), while Toepher lost to Adason Dortez (8-1) and Gotreaux fell to Camille Leblanc (8-3).
In girls doubles, VC earned a 2-1 win.
Courville and Toepher fell to Laura Landry and Mattie Dartez (8-4).
Aguillard and Gotreaux fell to Rebekkah Fontenot and Anne Gallet (8-3).
Paisley Fruge and Meghan Fontenot defeated Gabby Davis and Catherine Romaine (8-3).
