The old saying is that “legends never die.” In a way, it’s a false pretense. Everyone does eventually pass away.
However, the saying does give credence to the idea of leaving a legacy. While physically we expire, ultimately how people speak of you after your time on Earth ends is where we as humans truly begin to understand the impact a person had.
