Acadian Baptist Center near Richard will host a Men’s Retreat on Jan. 31- Feb. 1, 2020.
The speaker will be Dr. Steve Horn. He is the Executive Director of the Louisiana Baptist Association.
Horn will be discussing, “What kind of man do you want to be?” Steve Horn was born in Columbia, and grew up in Lafayette, He has a B.A. in history from Rhodes College in Memphis, as well as a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies and a Ph.D. in Greek/New Testament from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Most recently he served as pastor of First Baptist Church in Lafayette.
Music will be provided by Chad Boudreaux of First Baptist Church of Crowley.
The cost for the event is $65, which will include meals and lodging; $35 for commuters, which will include meals.
