This week’s Student of the Week is Gabby Fontenot, a junior at St. Edmund Catholic High School. Her parents are Mitch and Julie Fontenot.
If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in California because of the beaches and the excitement; and also Spain because of its scenery and culture.
Do you have a career wish? I would like to become a traveling nurse practitioner.
What could you eat seven days a week? Spaghetti.
What could you never eat? Oysters.
What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? My favorite subject is physical education, and my favorite teacher is Kasey Marcantel.
What is your favorite movie? “Don’t Breathe,” TV series “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Pretty Little Liars”, and “Mean Girls.”

What is an ideal summer vacation? Ideal vacations are a trip to the beach and backpack across Europe.

What would you change in your city? The city needs to bump up the speed limits.
What do you like the most at your school? Friends and faith oriented atmosphere.
