This week’s Student of the Week is Lindsey Ortego, a senior at Eunice High School. Her parents are Wendy Prather and Chad Ortego.
If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in Baton Rouge because there’s always something to do.
Do you have a career wish? I would like to possibly become a history teacher.
What could you eat seven days a week? pizza.
What could you never eat? broccoli or blueberries.
What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? My favorite subject is history, and my favorite teacher is Pierre Martel.
What is your favorite movie? “The Labyrinth.”
What was the last video game you played? Mario Kart.
Do you Facebook, Skype, Instagram, Tweet? No.
What is an ideal summer vacation? To hang out with friends and family and go to the beach.
Who has the most influence on you so far? My family.
What would you change in your city? I would like to add more activity place for people to hang out, such as a bowling alley, skating rink, etc.
What do you like the most at your school? I like that its easy to talk to people and make friends that will last a lifetime.
