This week’s Student of the Week is Gavin Higginbotham, a senior at Eunice High School. His parents are Kelly and Garrett Higginbotham.
If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in Arkansas because the terrain is beautiful and the weather is amazing.
Do you have a career wish? I would like to pursue a career in welding.
What could you eat seven days a week? Popeye’s chicken burger.
What could you never eat? Wasabi.
What is your favorite school subject and who is your favorite teacher? My favorite teacher is Danny Soileau.
What is your favorite movie? “Fast and Furious.”
What was the last video game you played? “Madden.”

What is an ideal summer vacation? An ideal vacation would be hiking in the mountains with my family.
Who has the most influence on you so far? Avery Lee. He helped me through high school and drove me to better myself in football everyday.
What would you change in your city? I would like to to bring everyone towards God and help everyone be their best selves.
What do you like the most at your school? I like the athletic programs, the coaches, and athletes are the most dedicated people I’ve met.
