A coconut tree at the library

Bobbie Bordelon, children’s librarian, read at The Story Time hour at the library Wednesday. Her storybook was, “Chicka Chicka Boom Boom,” by Bill Martin Jr. Children had the opportunity to color and add letters to their coconut tree craft. They also ate cookies for a snack, and door prizes of small yellow ducks holding musical instruments were given away. Starting their coconut tree craft are Addison May, 7, and Laini Bellon, 6.
