Diocese Student of the Year

St. Francis School in Iota’s Eight Grade Student of the Year, Cole Laurent Broussard, was honored with Eighth Grade Student of the Year for the entire Lafayette Diocese. Broussard, along with his parents, principal, and pastor were invited by Bishop J. Douglas Deshotel to receive the honor. Broussard is the first student from St. Francis to be selected at this level, and also in the top seven students out of all private schools in the state.
