Highland Elementary welcomed a guest Paul DeRouselle Jr., a native of Eunice, to campus recently to present rewards and awards to the school’s fourth graders for their hard earned work. Students were all treated with donuts and juice. Some were awarded metals for receiving mastery on their LEAP testing in social studies, ELA, and math. Many were recognized for no discipline referrals since the start of the school year, and others were recognized for joining the Jr. BETA Club.
