How well does your boat float?

Arien Harper’s first grade class at Eunice Elementary performed a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) activity before the Thanksgiving holidays. Students made the Mayflower that could hold approximately 100 people. Then they placed their ships in water and dropped a hundred objects to see if their ship would float.
