Melissa Miller LeJeune of Iota is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Courtney Paige LeJeune, to Brandt Anthony Mankin, son of Jil Mankin and the late Timothy Mankin of Lafayette.
Miss LeJeune is the granddaughter of Ethel Jeansonne Miller of Eunice, the late Richard “Dick” Miller, and the late Clarice Zaunbrecher LeJeune and Rodney LeJeune of Iota.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Iota High School and UL of Lafayette. She is currently enrolled at UL of Lafayette pursuing a master’s of science in nursing for family nurse practitioner. She plans to graduate in December of 2021.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is employed at Oschner Lafayette General Hospital.
Mr. Mankin is the grandson Judy and Cedric Johnson of Youngsville, and Penny and Donnie Daniels of Patterson.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Tuerling’s Catholic High School and is employed as a Quality Control Supervisor for Quail Tools.
The couple will exchange vows on Friday, Dec. 18 at 6 p.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Crowley.
