A look at the past... inside a lunchroom

These lunchroom workers are pictured in the 1950s at the old High School. According to T.J. LeBouef of Eunice, “Back then all students. elementary through high school, ate at different times inside one large lunchroom located on the grounds of the high school. One of the pictured ladies last name I don’t know. I’ve asked many people in Eunice, and no one can recalled her last name, however, her first name is Maude.” From left, in front, Mathild Carpenter, Lena Bellow, Maddie Courville, Amy Carrier, and Maude.
