Dr. Peter Yaukey, a professor of biology from the University of Holy Cross, spoke to St. Edmund second and third graders in Mary Joubert’s class. His presentation was centered on “Louisiana Hurricanes”. After the presentation, students gifted Dr. Yaukey with a bag filled will Cajun goodies of pralines, pepper jelly and seasonings.
