At the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Louisiana State Convention held in Alexandria from June 25 to June 27, Don Reber was elected to the position of department senior vice commander for 2021-2022. This puts Reber in line to become the Louisiana VFW state commander-in-chief in 2022-2023.
