Richard Elementary School named its King & Queen representatives for the upcoming Rice Festival in Crowley to be held Oct. 19-Oct. 22. Chosen are Emma Billeaudeau, daughter of Michael and Bailey Billeaudeau of the Richard community; and Sawyer Bergeron, son of Willie and Elizabeth Bergeron of Richard.
