Danny Soileau, a Eunice Career & Technical Education Welding I & II instructor, was chosen the SLEDD CTE Educator Award recipient for the 2016-2017 school year. This award recognizes excellence and dedication within the field of career and techical education among St. Landry Parish career and technical education teachers. Brandy Ledet from SLEDD presented the award to Soileau Wednesday. Soileau is a 14-year instructor of welding, basic production technologist, production safety systems II, super summer instructor with department of education, a certified masters trainer in welding.
