St. Edmund Elementary second-graders recently took a field trip to the Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Eunice. This trip was a culmination of their social studies unit on Louisiana. They toured the museum, went on a scavenger hunt, viewed a video, and made a miniature Mardi Gras costume in the craft center.
