Tickets now on sale for Players’ Theatre’s ‘Crimes of the Heart’

Tickets are now on sale for ‘Crimes of the Heart,’ the second revival show of the 50th season for Eunice Players’ Theatre.
Directed by Jody L. Powell, this heartwarming comedy written by Beth Henley features the Magrath family in upheaval following a surprising turn of events. A lawyer and an ex-boyfriend add an extra layer of complication and comedy as the family comes to terms with their altered futures. The cast includes Ian Drake Bellon, Sarah S. Andrepont, Kelly P. Bertrand, Lauren B. Bourgeois, Ava Stanford, and Nathaniel Clark.
Evening performances will be held at 7 p.m., Sept. 18, 19, 23, 26, 27, 28. The matinee is at 2 p.m. Sept. 22. Dinner theatre (with steak and trimmings) is at 6 p.m., Sept. 25.
Opening night features the theater’s 50th anniversary season gala, “Gold Night”, with complimentary wine and cheese before the show. All seats are $15; dinner is an additional $20. for all parties.
Season ticket packages are still available. Tickets can be purchased at Beaucoup (114 S. 2nd St.) or by calling 337-550-4727 to charge by phone. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for advance sales but not at the door. Season ticket holders can make reservations by calling the number on their season ticket.
