St. Landry Parish is to receive $1,572,046 in FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funding for Hurricanes Laura and Delta damage.
The grant is among $136 million announced by Gov. John Bel Edwards and the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) on Thursday for parishes impacted by the two hurricanes in 2020.
