The landmark Nick’s on 2nd, a place were people in the Eunice area celebrate weddings, elections and just getting together, was destroyed by fire Saturday.
Eunice firefighters were dispatched to Nick’s at 11:53 a.m.
Eventually about 100 firefighters battled the blaze, according to Eunice Fire Chief Chaise Brown.
