A 30-unit renovation for flood-damaged apartments is nearing completion about two months ahead of schedule, according to Angelia Guillory, Eunice Housing Authority director. The apartments were damaged by flooding in August 2016 and have not been occupied since. Guillory expect the apartments could start to be occupied as early as mid-November.
