Bellard talks budget issues on live Facebook presentation

St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard recently sent out a mailer addressed to most households in the parish detailing property tax revenues and expenditures.
Bellard took an additional step on Wednesday with a live program on Facebook in which he explained the taxes from his basement office in the courthouse.
