In a rare occurrence, the Eunice Board of Aldermen approved two annexation requests at a special meeting on Wednesday.
Both are for businesses on the south side of U.S. 190 on the west side of the city.
One request is for a Whataburger on 1.38 acres and the other is for 1.62 acres for a X-Press Lube at 1736 Hwy. 190. The sites are adjacent to each other.
