St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard is announcing a “revealing ceremony” to mark the restoration of the St. Landry Courthouse.
The ceremony is scheduled at 10 a.m. Sept. 19 at the Courthouse Square, 118 South Court St., Opelousas.
Originally constructed in 1939, the St. Landry Parish Courthouse has long served as the heart of the community.
