The Chat-A-While Social and Civic Club will raffle three Easter Mega baskets, a 32-inch TV, microwave, and a 26-inch Cruizer bicycle with all proceeds to go to the Geraldine Brown Memorial Scholarship.
Geraldine Brown was one of the first custodians at LSUE. Brown died at 42 and was an active member of the original Chat-A-While Social and Civic Club. Raffle tickets are $5 each and first prize is an Easter basket valued at $320; second prize is a 32-inch colored television; third prize is a microwave; and fourth prize is a 26-inch Cruizer bicycle.
A drawing of the winners will be held April 13.
