Two utility upgrades were announced at the recent Board of Aldermen’s meeting.
Karl Aucoin, city engineer, said the city is “undertaking a pretty large project” to reconstruct the existing wastewater plant.
There are two plants. One is about 70 years old and the other is about 30 years old, he said.
