The City of Eunice received a $5 million grant for sewer improvements, announced Mayor Scott Fontenot at Tuesday’s Board of Aldermen meeting. Fontenot said the city has secured nearly $9 million for the project expected to cost about $12 million. The city plans to use $3 million in COVID-19 rescue money for the plant.
