Coushatta Casino Resort to celebrates 30th anniversary

KINDER – Coushatta Casino Resort, owned and operated by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana, will celebrate its 30th anniversary at 10 a.m. Friday with a special cake-cutting ceremony m in the Coushatta Entertainment Center, 777 Coushatta Dr, Kinder.
The event is free and open to the public.
In addition to the 30th anniversary ceremony, traditional Coushatta Tribal Dancers are to perform.
The event will be presided over by members of the Tribal Council, accompanied by casino management, local dignitaries, and members of the media.
Coushatta Casino Resort, owned and operated by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana, is Louisiana’s largest casino resort. The casino features nearly 2,000 slots and 55 table games including live poker, Bingo, and sports betting.
