Accusations led to insults, which led to a physical altercation between two members of the Crowley City Council here Wednesday night.
Vernon “Step” Martin and Lyle Fogleman were each escorted out of the council chambers after insulting each other. In the foyer of the council chambers, however, the two became involved in an altercation.
And it all started with a billboard.
