When State Rep. Phillip DeVillier first started his tenure in the House, capital budget times were pretty lean for District 41.
On Wednesday, DeVillier went to the Eunice Rotary Club where he could say the district that includes Eunice, Basile, Church Point and most of rural Acadia parish north of Crowley, has about $80 million in projects.
